News Haveli, लखनऊ। (SP MP Dr. SP Singh cheated) उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रतापगढ़ से समाजवादी पार्टी के सांसद व लखनऊ पब्लिक स्कूल (LPS) के प्रबंधक डॉ. एसपी सिंह (Dr. SP Singh) से बड़ी ठगी (fraud) हुई है। लखनऊ में जमीन और दो दुकानों के नाम पर उनसे 1.60 करोड़ रुपये ऐंठ लिये गए। उप पुलिस आयुक्त पूर्वी (DCP East) शशांक सिंह के आदेश पर आलमबाग थाना पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।

डॉ. एसपी सिंह के अनुसार लखनऊ पब्लिक स्कूल (LPS) की आनंद नगर में एक शाखा है। इससे सटी जमीन पर भूमिका कक्कड़ व उसके चाचा विनोद कुमार की हिस्सेदारी थी। जमीन पर भूमिका और उसकी बहन शिल्पी की दुकानें भी बनी हैं। जमीन और दुकानों का सौदा 2.80 करोड़ में तय हुआ था। भुगतान करने पर तीनों ने उनके नाम रजिस्ट्री कर दी थी।

भूमिका को अपने हिस्से के 1.60 करोड़ मिले थे। उसने दो दुकानें खाली करने के लिए एक माह का समय मांगा था। इस बीच डॉ. एसपी सिंह को पता चला कि भूमिका की जमीन का 24 हजार रुपये कर (Tax) बकाया है। इस कारण जमीन और उससे सटे स्कूल के हिस्से को नगर निगम ने सील कर दिया था।

बैंक से कर्ज लेकर बेची जमीन

सपा सांसद डॉ. एसपी सिंह को नगर निगम का कर चुकाने के बाद पता चला कि भूमिका कक्कड़ ने 2019 में इस जमीन पर सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की स्टेशन रोड स्थित होम फाइनेंस शाखा से कर्ज भी लिया था। इसकी जानकारी किस्त न जमा होने पर बैंककर्मियों के आने पर हुई। जब उन्होंने इस बारे में भूमिका से पूछताछ करनी चाही तो वह फर्जी मुकदमे में फंसाने की धमकी देने लगी।

इंस्पेक्टर कपिल गौतम के ने बताया कि मामले की तफ्तीश चल रही है।
