स्थिति  बिगड़ने के मद्देनज़र आयोग की ओर जाने वाले सभी रास्तों को पुलिस ने बैरिकेड्स लगाकर पूरी तरह बंद कर दिया है। मौके पर भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है।

प्रयागराज। उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग (UPPSC) के बाहर पीसीएस और आरओ/एआरओ प्रारंभिक परीक्षा को एक दिन और एक शिफ्ट में कराने की मांग कर रहे छात्र-छात्राओँ पर पुलिस कार्रवाई के बाद आंदोलन और उग्र हो गया है। चार छात्रों को हिरासत में लिये जाने से नाराज हजारों युवक आदोलन के चौथे दिन गुरुवार को बैरिकोड तोड़कर उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के कार्यालय पहुंच गए। इस दौरान नोकझोंक और हाथापई होने की भी खबर है।

पुलिस ने आयोग जाने वाले सभी रास्तों को बैरिकेड लगाकर बंद कर दिया था। प्रतियोगी छात्र-छात्राओं को रोकने के लिए सैकड़ो पुलिसकर्मी तैनात थे पर आक्रोशित प्रतियोगी छात्र-छात्राएं  पुलिस की दो स्तरीय बैरिकेडिंग को तहस-नहस करते हुए फिर से आयोग पहुंच गए।

प्रतियोगी छात्रों की भीड़ लगातार बढ़ती चली जा रही है। इस दौरान कुछ पुलिसकर्मियों ने प्रतियोगी छात्रों के साथ अभद्रता कर दी। इसकी वजह से पुलिस और आंदोलनकारी के बीच टकराव के हालात बन गए।

एक दिवसीय परीक्षा की बहाली और नार्मलाइजेशन को रद्द करने की मांग को लेकर उपयोगी छात्र-छात्राएँ सोमवार से आयोग के सामने प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। गुरुवार की सुबह हुए घटनाक्रम ने आंदोलन को और हवा दे दी है। प्रयागराज के डीसीपी अभिषेक भारती का कहना है कि छात्र-छात्राओं से अनुरोध किया जा रहा है कि वे संवैधानिक तरीके से अपना विरोध जारी रखें, उनकी मांगों को अधिकारियों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि बुधवार को असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाया गया और उनके खिलाफ मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं। वे छात्र नहीं बल्कि असामाजिक तत्व हैं जिनका आपराधिक इतिहास है।

पुलिस ने किया बलपूर्वक हस्तक्षेप

प्रदर्शन  को नियंत्रित करने के लिए पुलिस ने बलपूर्वक हस्तक्षेप किया, जिसमें सादे कपड़ों में आए पुलिसकर्मियों ने आंदोलन का नेतृत्व कर रहे छात्र नेता आशुतोष पांडे सहित कई अन्य छात्रों को हिरासत में ले लिया। इस कार्रवाई से प्रदर्शन स्थल पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई और युवाओं में गुस्सा फूट पड़ा।

छात्र-छात्राओं ने इस अपहरण करार देते हुए आंदोलन को और तेज करने का ऐलान कर दिया है। चेतावनी दी है की उठाए गए छात्रों को यदि जल्दी नहीं छोड़ा गया तो प्रतियोगी युवा अपने आंदोलन को और व्यापक स्तर पर ले जाएंगे। प्रदर्शन कर रही छात्राओं से अभद्रता और प्रतियोगी छात्रों को हिरासत में लिए जाने की जानकारी मिलने पर हजारों की संख्या में छात्र फिर से आयोग के बाहर पहुंच गए।

स्थिति  बिगड़ने के मद्देनज़र आयोग की ओर जाने वाले सभी रास्तों को पुलिस ने बैरिकेड्स लगाकर पूरी तरह बंद कर दिया है। मौके पर भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को संभालने के लिए डीसीपी और एसीपी सहित कई अन्य उच्च अधिकारी भी मौके पर डट गए।

आयोग चौराहे पर दो स्तरीय बैरिकेडिंग लगाई पर यह प्रदर्शनकारी छात्रों के आक्रोश के आगे नहीं टिक पाई। पुलिसकर्मियों ने बैरिकेड को तोड़ने से रोकने के हर संभव प्रयास किए पर युवाओं की भीड़ इतनी थी कि 5 मिनट में ही वह बैरिकेड तोड़कर अंदर पहुंच गए। प्रदर्शनकारी युवाओं का कहना है कि वे अपने हक की लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं और किसी भी कीमत पर पीछे नहीं हटेंगे। दूसरी ओर, बढ़ती भीड़ और प्रशासन के बीच के इस टकराव से तनावपूर्ण माहौल बन गया है।स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि ऐसी स्थिति पहले कभी नहीं देखी गई।

युवाओं ने ठुकराई मंडलायुक्त-जिलाधिकारी की अपील

उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीपीएससी) के बाहर एकदिवसीय परीक्षा की पुरानी व्यवस्था को बहाल करने और नॉर्मलाइजेशन प्रक्रिया को रद्द करने की मांग को लेकर प्रतियोगी छात्र-छात्राओं का धरना-प्रदर्शन लगातार जारी है। इस मामले में बुधवार रात मंडलायुक्त विजय विश्वास पंत, पुलिस आयुक्त तरुण गाबा एवं जिलाधिकारी रविंद्र कुमार मांदड़,बातचीत के लिए छात्रों से मिलने आयोग पहुंचे। हालांकि प्रदर्शनकारी छात्र-छात्राओं ने स्पष्ट रूप से यह मांग रखी कि वे प्रदर्शन तब तक समाप्त नहीं करेंगे, जब तक कि एकदिवसीय परीक्षा की पुरानी व्यवस्था को बहाल करने और नॉर्मलाइजेशन रद्द करने का आधिकारिक आदेश जारी नहीं हो जाता।
