News Haveli, नई दिल्ली। (Action on dummy admission) केंद्र सरकार डमी एडमिन करने वाले विद्यालयों को बख्सने के मूड में कतई नहीं है। शिक्षा मंत्रालय (Ministry of Education) ने यह साफ कर दिया है कि ऐसे विद्यालयों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी। लोकसभा में पूछे गए एक सवाल के लिखित जवाब में शिक्षा मंत्रालय ने जानकारी दी है कि डमी एडमिशन करने वाले विद्यालयों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई है। केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (CBSE) के नियमों के अनुसार, बोर्ड एग्जाम के लिए नियमित स्कूल आना और न्यूनतम हाजिरी (Minimum attendance) की शर्त पूरा करना जरूरी है।
सीबीएसई ने कई विद्यालयों के 9वीं, 10वीं, 11वीं और 12वीं में रजिस्ट्रेशन और कैंडिडेट लिस्ट के डेटा का विश्लेषण किया। जांच के आधार पर विद्यालयों को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया। पिछले वर्ष (2024) सितंबर में 27 विद्यालयों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई। 21 विद्यालयों की संबद्धता खत्म कर दी गई जबकि 6 को डाउनग्रेड कर दिया गया।
अटेंडेंस के विद्यालयों के डेटा का विश्लेषण किया जा रहा
शिक्षा मंत्रालय ने बताया है कि विद्यालयों के डेटा का विश्लेषण किया जाता है और जिन-जिन विद्यालयों का डेटा असामान्य पाया जाता है, उन्हें पहले कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी होता है, इंस्पेक्शन होता है और उसके बाद कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाती है। सीबीएसई ने भी शिक्षा मंत्रालय को बताया है कि हाजिरी (Attendance) संबंधी नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करवाने के दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। समय-समय पर विद्यालयों को इसकी जानकारी भी दी जाती है।
दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने डमी स्कूलों को बताया “धोखाधड़ी”
हाई कोर्ट ने 27 जनवरी को सोमवार को राज्य सरकार और सीबीएसई को दिल्ली में चल रहे डमी स्कूलों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया था। हाई कोर्ट ने उन स्कूलों द्वारा दूसरे राज्यों के छात्रों को दिल्ली के निवासी का फायदा देने पर ध्यान दिया और दिल्ली सरकार और सीबीएसई से ऐसे स्कूलों के खिलाफ उठाए गए कदमों पर हलफनामा मांगा।
मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीके उपाध्याय और न्यायमूर्ति तुषार राव गेडेला की पीठने इसे “धोखाधड़ी” बताया और कहा कि ऐसे स्कूलों को अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती, जो छात्रों को केवल कोचिंग क्लासेस में भेजते हैं और परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति देते हैं, जबकि यह जानकारी पूरी तरह से झूठी होती है। हाई कोर्ट ने कहा, “यह देखा गया है कि छात्र स्कूलों में कक्षाएं नहीं करते, बल्कि कोचिंग सेंटरों में समय बिताते हैं। फिर भी उन्हें शिक्षा बोर्डों द्वारा परीक्षा देने की अनुमति दी जाती है जहां उन्हें न्यूनतम उपस्थिति की आवश्यकता होती है। इसलिए, हम राज्य सरकार और सीबीएसई को इस संबंध में जांच करने का आदेश देते हैं।”
