News Haveli, नई दिल्ली। कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (EPFO) अपने सब्सक्राइबर्स को अच्छी से अच्छी सुविधाएं देने के लिए लगातार काम कर रहा है। इसी क्रम में इसी साल (2025) मई-जून तक EPFO का मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन (EPFO’s mobile application) और डेबिट कार्ड (EPFO Debit Card) की सुविधा देने की तैयारी चल रही है। वेबसाइट इंटरफेस अधिक यूजर्स-अनुकूल होगा। अभी EPFO 2.01 पर काम चल रहा है। पूरे आईटी (IT) सिस्टम को अपग्रेड किया जा रहा है। यह काम जनवरी के अंत तक पूरा हो जाएगा। उसके बाद मई-जून तक EPFO 3.0 आएगा। इसके जरिए सब्सक्राइबर्स को बैंकिंग जैसी सुविधाएं मिलेंगी। केंद्रीय श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्री मनसुख मांडविया (Mansukh Mandaviya) ने यह जानकारी दी है।

EPFO 3.0 के साथ पूरा सिस्टम सेंट्रलाइज्ड हो जाएगा और क्लेम सेटलमेंट सहित पूरा कामकाज एकदम आसान हो जाएगा। मंत्रालय के सूत्रों ने बताया कि EPFO 3.0 के जरिए सब्सक्राइबर्स को बैंकों जैसी सुविधाएं देने के बारे में भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक और वित्त मंत्रालय से बातचीत हो रही है। सब्सक्राइबर्स को डेबिट कार्ड मिलेगा लेकिन ऐसा नहीं होगा कि वे अपना पूरा कॉन्ट्रिब्यूशन किसी एटीएम में जाकर निकाल लें। एक सीमा तय की जा सकती है कि सब्सक्राइबर अपने अंशदान का कितना हिस्सा निकाल सकते हैं और इसके लिए पहले से मंजूरी लेने की जरूरत नहीं होगी।

मोबाइल ऐप की भी होगी सुविधा 

मोबाइल बैंकिंग की तरह ईपीएफ खातों के लिए एक विशेष ऐप भी तैयार हो रहा है जिसके जरिए सदस्य अपने खाते में आने वाले मासिक योगदान, पेंशन फंड से लेकर पूर्व की नौकरियों के कंट्रीब्‍यूशन आदि चीजें देख सकते हैं। इतना ही नहीं, वे मोबाइल ऐप के जरिए अपने पीएफ अकाउंट को मॉनिटर भी कर सकते हैं।

अभी कितना है कंट्रीब्‍यूशन? 

वर्तमान में कर्मचारी और नियोक्ता दोनों ही कर्मचारी के मूल वेतन, महंगाई भत्ते और किसी भी रिटेनिंग भत्ते का 12 प्रतिशत EPF में योगदान करते हैं। कर्मचारी का पूरा योगदान EPF में आवंटित किया जाता है जबकि नियोक्ता का 12 प्रतिशत योगदान EPF में 3.67 प्रतिशत और EPS में 8.33 प्रतिशत के रूप में विभाजित किया जाता है. इसके अतिरिक्त भारत सरकार 15,000 रुपये से कम कमाने वालों के लिए कर्मचारी पेंशन में 1.16 प्रतिशत का योगदान देती है।

यूपीए वर्सेज एनडीए

श्रम मंत्री ने कहा कि आरबीआई हर साल एंप्लॉयमेंट का डेटा जारी करता है। इसके अनुसार 2004 से 2014 तक यूपीए कार्यकाल के दौरान 2.19 करोड़ जॉब्स क्रिएट हुईं और हमने 2023-24 के एक साल में ही 4.6 करोड़ जॉब्स क्रिएट कीं। यूपीए शासन में जहां एंप्लॉयमेंट ग्रोथ केवल 7% रही, वहीं 2014 से 2024 के बीच 36% की बढ़त दर्ज की गई।मांडविया ने कहा कि 2013-14 में एंप्लॉयमेंट का आंकड़ा 47 करोड़ 15 लाख का था, जो 2023-24 में बढ़कर 64 करोड़ 33 लाख हो गया। 2004 से 2014 तक यूपीए शासन में एग्रीकल्चर सेक्टर में रोजगार में 16% की गिरावट रही, वहीं 2014 से 2023 के बीच मोदी शासन में 19% की बढ़त दर्ज की गई।

बेरोजगारी दर

मांडविया ने कहा कि मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में यूपीए शासन में रोजगार 6% ही बढ़ा लेकिन 2014 से 2023 के बीच इसमें 15% की बढ़त रही। सर्विसेज सेक्टर में रोजगार 2004 से 2014 के बीच 25% बढा और 2014 से 2023 के बीच 36% बढ़ा। 2017-18 में बेरोजगारी दर 6% थी जो 2023-24 में घटकर 3.2% पर आ गई। एंप्लॉयमेंट रेट इस दौरान 46.8% से बढ़कर 58.2% पर पहुंच गई।

श्रम मंत्री ने कहा कि ग्रैजुएट युवाओं की एंप्लॉयबिलिटी 2013 में 33.95% थी। 2024 में यह बढ़कर 54.81% हो गई। युवाओं में एंप्लॉयमेंट रेट 2017-18 में 31.4% था, जो 2023-24 में 41.7% हो गया। इस अवधि में बेरोजगारी दर 17.8% से घटकर 10.2% पर आ गई।’
