News Haveli, हैदराबाद। तिरूपति मंदिर (Tirupati Temples) की संचालक संस्था तिरुमला तिरूपति देवस्थानम (TTD) ने 18 गैर-हिंदू कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। इन सभी कर्मचारियों को स्थानांतरण लेने या VRS (स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति) का विकल्प चुनने के लिए कहा गया है। TTD ने अपने कर्मचारियों को हिंदू परंपराओं का पालन करने के आदेश दिए थे। ये कर्मचारी उस नियम का पालन नहीं कर रहे थे। TTD बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष बीआर नायडू के नेतृत्व में पहले ही नियम लागू किया गया था कि मंदिर में सिर्फ हिंदू कर्मचारी ही काम कर सकते हैं।
तिरुमला तिरूपति देवस्थानम (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams) ने कहा है कि यह निर्णय मंदिरों और धार्मिक गतिविधियों की आध्यात्मिक पवित्रता को बनाए रखने की प्रतिबद्धता के अनुरूप है। उसका मानना है कि मंदिर की धार्मिक और आध्यात्मिक गतिविधियों में हिंदू धर्म के अनुयायियों की भागीदारी आवश्यक है।
दरअसल, टीटीडी ने इन 18 कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई (Disciplinary Action) के आदेश जारी किए हैं। इन कर्मचारियों पर आरोप है कि वे टीटीडी के त्योहारों और अनुष्ठानों में भाग लेने के साथ-साथ गैर-हिंदू धार्मिक गतिविधियों में भी भाग ले रहे हैं। टीटीडी बोर्ड ने हाल ही में एक संकल्प लिया है जिसमें ऐसे कर्मचारियों को दो विकल्प दिए गए हैं- सरकारी विभागों में स्थानांतरण (Transfers) लेना अथवा स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति योजना (Voluntary retirement scheme) के माध्यम से बाहर निकलना। टीटीडी कहना है कि धार्मिक और आध्यात्मिक गतिविधियों की पवित्रता को बनाए रखना है।
भगवान वेंकटेश्वर के सामने शपथ लेने का आदेश
टीटीडी ने अपने कर्मचारियों से कहा है कि वे भगवान वेंकटेश्वर की तस्वीर या मूर्ति के सामने शपथ लें कि वे हिंदू धर्म की मर्यादाओं का पालन करेंगे। इस फैसले को किसी धार्मिक असमंजस या विवाद के रूप में न देखा जाए। टीटीडी ने दो कर्मचारियों को नियुक्त किया है जिनको यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि ये 18 कर्मचारी मंदिर से जुड़े किसी धार्मिक कार्यक्रम में भाग न लें।
