धार्मिक दुराचार : सुखबीर सिंह बादल को अकाल तख्त ने सुनाई सजा, शौचालय और बर्तन साफ करेंगे

राम रहीम को माफी का मामला : अकाल तख्त ने पंजाब के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री प्रकाश सिंह बादल को दी गई “फकर-ए-कौम”  उपाधि भी वापस ले ली है।

अमृतसर। पंजाब के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री सुखबीर सिंह बादल ने सोमवार को स्वीकार किया कि अकाली सरकार के दौरान डेरा प्रमुख राम रहीम को माफी दिलाने में उन्होंने भूमिका निभाई थी। सुखबीर बादल के मामले को लेकर अकाल तख्त में पांच सिंह साहिबानों की बैठक हुई जिसमें उन्हें और शिरोमणि अकाली दल सरकार के दौरान अन्य कैबिनेट सदस्यों को धार्मिक दुराचार के आरोपों के लिए सजा सुनाई गई। अकाल तख्त के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी रघुबीर सिंह ने शिरोमणि अकाली दल की कार्यसमिति को तीन दिन के भीतर सुखबीर सिंह बादल का इस्तीफा स्वीकार करने और अकाल तख्त साहिब को रिपोर्ट करने का निर्देश दिया है। अकाल तख्त ने शिरोमणि अकाली दल की कार्यसमिति को सदस्यता अभियान शुरू करने और 6 महीने के भीतर नए अध्यक्ष का चुनाव करने का भी निर्देश दिया है। अकाल तख्त ने दो महीने पहले ही सुखबीर सिंह बादल को तनखैया (धार्मिक दुराचार का दोषी) घोषित किया था।

सुखबीर सिंह बादल और 2015 की अकाली सरकार के अन्य कैबिनेट सदस्यों को स्वर्ण मंदिर में शौचालय साफ करने, बर्तन साफ ​​करने समेत अन्य धार्मिक दंड दिया गया है। अकाल तख्त के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी रघुबीर सिंह ने शिरोमणि अकाली दल की कार्यसमिति को तीन दिनों के भीतर सुखबीर बादल का इस्तीफा स्वीकार करने और अकाल तख्त साहिब को रिपोर्ट करने का निर्देश दिया है। अकाल तख्त ने शिरोमणि अकाली दल की कार्यसमिति को सदस्यता अभियान शुरू करने और छह महीने के भीतर नए अध्यक्ष का चुनाव करने का भी निर्देश दिया है।

प्रकाश बादल की “फकर-ए-कौम” उपाधि भी छिनी

पंजाब में अकाली सरकार के दौरान विवादास्पद डेरा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम को दी गई माफी को ध्यान में रखते हुए अकाल तख्त ने पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री प्रकाश सिंह बादल को दी गई “फकर-ए-कौम”  उपाधि भी वापस ले ली है। दरअसल, 2007 में सलाबतपुरा में डेरा सच्चा सौदा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम ने गुरु गोबिंद सिंह की परंपरा का अनुकरण करते हुए उन्हीं की तरह वेशभूषा धारण करके अमृत छकाने का स्वांग रचा था।  इसे लेकर राम रहीन के खिलाफ पुलिस केस भी दर्ज हुआ था लेकिन अकाली सरकार ने राम रहीम को सजा दिलवाने की जगह उसके खिलाफ दर्ज मामले वापस ले लिये थे।

अकाल तख्त साहिब ने कार्रवाई करते हुए राम रहीम को सिख पंथ से निष्कासित कर दिया था लेकिन सुखबीर सिंह बादल ने अपने प्रभाव का इस्तेमाल करते हुए गुरमीत राम रहीम को माफी दिलवा दी थी। इसके बाद अकाली दल और शिरोमणि कमेटी के नेतृत्व को सिख पंथ के गुस्से और नाराजगी का सामना करना पड़ा था। अंत में अकाल तख्त साहिब ने गुरमीत राम रहीम को माफी देने का फैसला वापस ले लिया था और सुखबीर सिंह बादल समेत उनकी कैबिनेट के अन्य सदस्यों की ​जवाबदेही तय की थी।

अकाल तख्त साहिब के पांच सिंह साहिबानों के सामने सुखबीर सिंह बादल ने अकाली सरकार के दौरान हुई भूलों को स्वीकार किया था। उन्होंने कहा था, “हमसे बहुत भूलें हुई हैं। हमारी सरकार के दौरान बेअदबी की घटनाएं हुईं। हम दोषियों को सजा देने में नाकाम रहे, बेहबलकला गोलीकांड हुआ।” अकाल तख्त के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी रघुबीर सिंह ने फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा था कि अकाली दल प्रधान और उपमुक्यमंत्री रहते हुए सुखबीर सिंह बादल ने कुछ ऐसे फैसले लिये जिससे पंथक स्वरूप के अक्स को नुकसान पहुंचा।

इस मामले में सुखबीर सिंह बादल को सजा सुनाते हुए अकाल तख्त के जत्थेदा ज्ञानी रघुबीर सिंह ने कहा कि वह (सुखबीर बादल) 3 दिसंबर 2024 से रोजाना दोपहर 12 से 1 बजे तक स्वर्ण मंदिर में शौचालयों की सफाई करेंगे। इसके बाद वह स्नान करके लंगर हॉल में जाकर 1 घंटे तक बर्तन धोएंगे। इसके बाद 1 घंटे तक शबद कीर्तन करेंगे। इस दौरान उनके गले में तख्ती डाली जाएगी। दरबार में 2 दिन सेवा करने के बाद वह अगले 2-2 दिन केसगढ़ साहिब, दमदमा साहिब, मुक्तसर साहिब और फतेहगढ़ साहिब में सेवा करके अपनी सजा पूरी करेंगे।
