पाकिस्तानी महिला बनी सरकारी शिक्षक, 9 साल से कर रही थी नौकरी

News Havel, बरेली। (Pakistani woman became government teacher) एक पाकिस्तानी महिला फर्जी दस्तावेज (fake documents) लगाकार बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में शिक्षक बन गई। नौ साल तक वह उत्तर प्रदेश के बरेली जिले के फतेहगंज पश्चिमी विकास खंड क्षेत्र के एक प्राथमिक विद्यालय में सहायक शिक्षक के रूप में काम करती रही। शिकायत पर जांच हुई तो फर्जीवाड़ा (fraud) सामने आ गया। उसे निलंबित कर दिया गया। अब उसके खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई गई है। जल्द ही उसे गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है।

रामपुर शहर के बजरोही टोला में गली नंबर 4 के मकान नंबर 20 की निवासी शुमायला खान पुत्री एसए खान पर यह कार्रवाई हुई है। फतेहगंज पश्चिमी ब्लॉक के खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी भानु शंकर गंगवार ने उसके खिलाफ फतेहगंज पश्चिमी थाने में धोखाधड़ी से नागरिकता छुपाने और फर्जी दस्तावेजों से नौकरी हासिल करने की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है।

पाकिस्तानी नागरिक है महिला 

बताया गया है कि शुमायला खान ने फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार करके बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में सहायक शिक्षक की नौकरी हासिल कर ली। फिलहाल वह यहां प्राथमिक विद्यालय माधौपुर में सहायक अध्यापक के पद पर कार्यरत थी। उसकी नागरिकता को लेकर शिकायत की गई थी। आरोप था कि वह पाकिस्तानी नागरिक हैं।

रामपुर के एसडीएम सदर कार्यालय से जारी हुआ था प्रमाण पत्र

विभाग ने उसके प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन कराया था। एसडीएम सदर रामपुर से अपेक्षा की गई थी कि उनके कार्यालय से जारी बताया जा रहा सामान्य निवास प्रमाणपत्र की जांच करके रिपोर्ट दें। एसडीएम की जांच में साफ हुआ कि शुमायला का यह प्रमाण पत्र त्रुटिपूर्ण है और  इसे बनवाने में जानकारी छुपाई गई हैं और शुमायला वास्तव में पाकिस्तानी नागरिक है। शुमायला ने जो प्रमाण पत्र नौकरी के लिए लगाया गया था वह रामपुर के एसडीएम सदर कार्यालय की ओर से जारी किया गया है

शुमायला खान का प्रमाण पत्र पिछले साल निरस्त कर दिया गया। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने कई बार उससे स्पष्टीकरण मांगा पर प्रमाण पत्र की सत्यता साबित न हो सकी। बीएसए ने 3 अक्तूबर 2024 को शुमायला खान को निलंबित कर दिया। अब बीएसए के निर्देश पर बीईओ भानु शंकर गंगवार ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करा दी है। थाना फतेहगंज पश्चिमी में अपराध संख्या 19 बटा 25 में धारा 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। फतेहगंज पश्चिमी थाना पुलिस मामले में जांच कर रही है। शुमायला की गिरफ्तारी भी की जा सकती है।

नौ साल से कर रही थी नौकरी

शुमायला ने फर्जी दस्तावेजों से 2015 में बरेली में नौकरी हासिल की थी। वह तभी से प्राथमिक विद्यालय माधौपुर में सहायक अध्यापक के पद पर तैनात थी। इतने साल से वह लाखों रुपये वेतन ले चुकी थी। अब उसे नियुक्ति तिथि से पद से हटा दिया गया।
