कस्टम विभाग की कार्रवाई को बाद मुस्तफा कराचीवाला की बी के पोलीमेक्स इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने हाई कोर्ट का रुख किया। मामले की सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति एम एस सोनक और न्यायमूर्ति जितेंद्र जैन की पीठ ने की।
