ताजमहल में गुरुवार को हुई बैठक में तीन दिवसीय उर्स की व्यवस्थाओं पर विचार विमर्श किया गया। इस दौरान जानकारी दी गई कि 26 जनवरी को उर्स के पहले दिन दोपहर 2 बजे तहखाने को खोला जाएगा। असली कब्रों पर गुस्ल फातिहा एवं दुआ की रस्म अदा की जाएगी। 27 जनवरी को दोपहर 2 बजे संदल की रस्म होगी एवं कव्वाली मुशायरा होगा।

28 जनवरी को कुरानख्वानी, क़ुल फातिहा एवं दुआ के बाद सतरंगी चादर चढ़ाई जाएगी। पूरे दिन चादरपोशी की जा सकेगी। पहली चादर उर्स कमेटी की होगी।

ताजमहल में सुरक्षा के विशेष इंतजाम

ताजमहल में उर्स के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के पहुंचने की संभावना को देखते हुए सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए गए हैं। हाल के दिनों में ताजमहल या तेजोमहालय को लेकर विवाद सामने आए हैं। कुछ हिंदूवादी संगठनों ने ताजमहल में उर्स मनाए जाने पर विरोध जताया है। इस विरोध को देखते हुए भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (एएसआई), शाहजहां उर्स सेलिब्रेशन कमेटी, ताज सुरक्षा पुलिस और सीआईएसएफ ने एक बैठक आयोजित की जिसमें सुरक्षा को लेकर सभी व्यवस्थाओं पर चर्चा की गई।
