Swati Maliwal assault case: दिल्ली पुलिस की एक टीम शनिवार को दोपहर को करीब पौने 12 बजे मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के सरकारी आवास पर पहुंची जिसमें एडिशनल डीसीपी और एसीपी भी थे और विभव कुमार को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस विभव कुमार को सिविल लाइंस थाने ले गयी।

Swati Maliwal assault case: नई दिल्ली। आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) की सांसद स्वाति मालीवाल (Swati Maliwal) के साथ मारपीट मामले में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के पीए विभव कुमार (Vibhav Kumar) पर शिकंज कस गया है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने उन्हें शनिवार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। उन पर मुख्यमंत्री निवास (सीएम हाउस) में स्वाति मालीवाल के साथ मारपीट करने का आरोप है। मेडिकल रिपोर्ट में मालीवाल के साथ मारपीट की पुष्टि हुई है। उनका मेडिकल दिल्ली एम्स के ट्रॉमा सेंटर में हुआ था। (Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar arrested from CM House)

दिल्ली पुलिस की एक टीम आज दोपहर को करीब पौने 12 बजे मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल (Arvind Kejriwal) के सरकारी आवास पर पहुंची जिसमें एडिशनल डीसीपी और एसीपी  भी थे और विभव कुमार को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस विभव कुमार (Vibhav Kumar) को सिविल लाइंस थाने ले गयी। दिल्ली पुलिस शुक्रवार को भी स्वाति मालीवाल (Swati Maliwal) को लेकर सीएम हाउस पहुंची थी और घटना का सीन सीक्रिएट किया। इसके अलावा दिल्ली पुलिस ने सीएम हाउस से आठ सीसीटीवी कैमरों के फुटेज भी इकट्ठे किए थे।

विभव कुमार (Vibhav Kumar) की गिरफ्तारी के बाद सिविल लाइंस थाने में उसेके वकील पहुंचे हैं पुलिस ने उनको थाने के अंदर नहीं जाने दिया। इस दौरान वकीलों और पुलिस के बीच धक्का मुक्की भी हुई। विभव के वकील संजीव ने कहा, “हम 15-20 मिनट से थाने के बाहर खड़े हैं, पुलिस हमें अंदर नहीं जाने दे रही, पुलिस किसी के इशारे पर काम कर रही है। अभी तक उन्हें पुलिस ने एफआईआऱ की कॉपी भी नहीं दी गई है। बिना किसी नोटिस के पुलिस ने विभव कुमार को गिरफ्तार किया है जो कि गलत है।” विभव कुमार के ही एक और वकील करण शर्मा ने कहा, “हमें अभी तक पुलिस से कोई जानकारी नहीं मिली है।हमने उन्हें एक ई-मेल भेजा है कि हम जांच में सहयोग करेंगे।” गौरतलब है कि विभव कुमार ने दिल्ली पुलिस को मेल किया था। उन्होंने कहा था कि वह हर जांच में सहयोग को तैयार हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि मीडिया के माध्यम से पता लगा एफआईआर हुई है, अभी तक उन्हें कोई नोटिस नहीं दिया गया। दिल्ली पुलिस उनकी शिकायत पर भी संज्ञान ले।

दिल्ली सरकार में मंत्री नेत्री अतिशी ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करके स्वाति मालीवाल पर कई आरोप लगाए हैं। उन्होंने कहा, “उनकी (भाजपा) पूरी मशीनरी एमएचए से लेकर दिल्ली पुलिस तक कैसे काम कर रही है उसका प्रमाण कल तीस हजारी कोर्ट के सामने आया है… विभव कुमार ने तीस हजारी कोर्ट में केस फाइल किया और कहा कि एफआईआर की कॉपी उन्हें आधिकारिक तौर पर उपलब्ध करवाई जाए। आज सुबह दिल्ली पुलिस अदालत में जवाब देती है कि यह एफआईआर बहुत संवेदनशील है इसलिए हम अदालत में जमा नहीं कर सकते और ना ही आरोपी को दे सकते। जो एफाईआर पिछले दो दिन से हर मीडिया वाले के हाथ में है, हर टीवी चैनल को भेजी गई, आज भाजपा की पुलिस यह कह रही है कि हम आदालत और आरोपी को यह एफआईआर नहीं दे सकते। यह साजिश सीधे केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय से चल रही है।”
