News Haveli, श्रीनगर। जम्मू-कश्मीर के बांदीपोरा जिले में शनिवार दोपहर सेना का एक ट्रक खाई में गिर गया। इस दुर्घटना में 4 जवानों की मौत हो गई जबकि 2 जवान गंभीर घायल हैं। उन्हें नजदीकी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। वाहन में कुल 6 जवान ही सवार थे। अस्पताल के चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डॉ. मसरत इकबाल ने संवाददाताओं को बताया कि 2 सैनिकों को ‘मृत अवस्था में लाया गया।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि हादसा बांदीपोरा के एसके पायीन इलाके में हुआ। यहां ट्रक सड़क से फिसलकर खाई में गिरा। रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन जारी है।
24 दिसंबर 2024 को हादसे में 5 जवानों की हुई थी मौत
इससे पहले 24 दिसंबर 2025 को पुंछ जिले में सेना की वैन 350 फीट गहरी खाई में गिर गई थी। वैन में 18 जवान सवार थे जिनमें से 5 की मौत हो गई थी। हादसे में हताहत सभी जवान 11 मराठा रेजिमेंट के थे।
सेना ने बताया कि काफिले में 6 गाड़ियां थ जो पुंछ जिले के पास ऑपरेशनल ट्रैक से होते हुए बनोई इलाके की तरफ जा रही थीं। इसी दौरान एक वाहन के ड्राइवर के संतुलन खो देने की वजह से वैन खाई में गिर गई।

इससे पहले नवंबर में दो अलग-अलग घटनाओं में 5 जवानों की मौत हो गई थी। 4 नवंबर 2024 को राजौरी में सड़क हादसे में 2 जवानों की जान चली गई थी। 2 नवंबर 2024 को रियासी जिले में कार खाई में गिर जाने से 3 जवानों की मौत हो गई थी।
