सुरकण्डा पहाड़ी (Surkanda Hill) टिहरी जनपद के पश्चिमी भाग में 2756 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर स्थित सुरकण्डा मन्दिर के लिए जानी जाती है। यह मसूरी- चम्बा मोटर मार्ग पर पर्यटन स्थल धनोल्टी से आठ किलोमीटर और नरेन्द्र नगर से लगभग 61 किमी दूर है।  जिला मुख्यालय नयी टिहरी से 41 किमी की दूरी पर चम्बा-मसूरी रोड पर कद्दुखाल नामक स्थान है जहां से लगभग 2.5 किमी की पैदल चढ़ाई कर सुरकण्डा माता के मन्दिर तक पहुंचा जाता है। यह मन्दिर घने जंगल से घिरा हुआ है। प्रकृति के सुरम्य-सुन्दर वातावरण वाला यह स्थान पर्यटकों को पूरे साल आकर्षित करता है। यहां से उत्तर में हिमालय के त्रिशूल, चौखम्बा, नन्दादेवी आदि हिम-शिखरों के दर्शन होने के साथ ही बदरीनाथ, केदारनाथ, गंगोत्री और यमुनोत्री के पास के शिखरों के भी भव्य दर्शन होते हैं। यहां से देहरादून, ऋषिकेश, चकराता, प्रतापनगर और चन्द्रबदनी का नजारा भी देखा जा सकता है। अत्यधिक ऊंचाई पर होने के कारण शीतकाल में यहां हिमपात होता है। यहां विभिन्न आकार-प्रकार एवं रंगों के फूल एवं जड़ी-बूटियां बहुतायत में होती हैं। पश्चिमी हिमालय के कुछ खूबसूरत पक्षी भी यहां पाये जाते हैं।
