दोनों पक्षों की अपनी दलीलें

श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि-शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद केस में दोनों पक्षों की ओर से अपनी-अपनी दलीलें दी जा रही है। हिंदू पक्ष की ओर से दी जा रही दलील में कहा गया है कि शाही ईदगाह का पूरा ढाई एकड़ क्षेत्र श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान का गर्भगृह है। वह हिस्सा भी जिसमें शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद है, मंदिर का हिस्सा है। हिंदू पक्ष का दावा है कि शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद कमेटी के पास भूमि का कोई ऐसा रिकॉर्ड नहीं है। श्रीकृष्ण मंदिर तोड़कर शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद का निर्माण किया गया है। हिंदू पक्ष ने कहा है कि बिना स्वामित्व अधिकार के वक्फ बोर्ड ने बिना किसी वैध प्रक्रिया के इसे वक्फ संपत्ति घोषित कर दिया है।
