नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने NEET काउंसलिंग पर रोक लगाने की याचिका खारिज कर दी है। ये याचिका रिजल्‍ट जारी होने से पहले ही एक जून को दायर की गई थी। इसमें बिहार और राजस्‍थान के परीक्षा केंद्रों पर गलत प्रशान पत्र बंटने के चलते हुई गड़बड़ी की शिकायत की गई थी और परीक्षा रद्द कर एसआईटी जांच की मांग की गई थी। इस पर मंगलवार को सुनवाई हुई।

गौरतलब है कि NEET UG रिजल्ट जारी होने के बाद से छात्रों का गुस्सा एनटीए पर फूट रहा है। मेडिकल स्टूडेंट्स ने परीक्षा आयोजित कराने वाली एजेंसी एनीटए पर कई सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। उनका मानना है कि इस बार परीक्षा में कोई ना कोई गड़बड़ी हुई है। इतिहास में पहली बार ऐसा हुआ है कि 67 परीक्षार्थियों को फुल मार्क्स आए हैं। इसके अलावा एक ही सेंटर से कई टॉपर निकलना भी नीट को शक के घेरे में खड़ा कर रहा है जिसको लेकर सोशल मीडिया और सड़कों पर स्टूडेंट्स प्रोटेस्ट कर रहे हैं।

मंगलवार को हुई सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बेंच ने हालांकि काउंसलिंग पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया लेकिन परीक्षा कराने वाली संस्था नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) से कहा, “NEET UG की पवित्रता प्रभावित हुई है। हमें इसका जवाब चाहिए।” न्यायमूर्ति विक्रम नाथ और अहसानुद्दीन अमानुल्लाह की वेकेशन बेंच ने मामले की सुनवाई की।

शीर्ष अदालत में 10 जून को भी NEET रिजल्‍ट पर रोक लगाने की याचिका दायर की गई हैं। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने NEET UG परीक्षा 2024 में ग्रेस मार्क्स देने में मनमानी का आरोप लगाया है। एक परीक्षा केंद्र के 67 परीक्षार्थियों को पूरे 720 मिले हैं, इस पर भी याचिकाकर्ताओं ने संदेह जताया है।सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर नई याचिका में पांच  मई को आयोजित NEET UG एग्जाम का पेपर लीक होने की व्यापक शिकायतों का भी हवाला दिया गया है।

तेलंगाना और आंध प्रदेश से दायर हुई याचिका

याचिका में कहा गया था कि रिजल्‍ट में ग्रेस मार्क्‍स देना NTA का मनमाना फैसला है। स्‍टूडेंट्स को 718 या 719 मार्क्स देने का कोई मैथमेटिकल आधार नहीं है। यह याचिका स्टूडेंट वेलफेयर के लिए काम करने वाले अब्दुल्लाह मोहम्मद फैज और डॉक्टर शेख रोशन ने दायर की थी। ये दोनों आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना में स्टूडेंट्स वेलफेयर के लिए काम करते हैं।

20 हजार स्‍टूडेंट्स ने की है शिकायत

देश भर में NEET-UG 2024 को लेकर अलग-अलग राज्यों में लगभग 20 हजार स्टूडेंट्स ने याचिका दायर की थीं, जिसमें परीक्षा में गड़बड़ी की शिकायत की गई थी। ग्रेस मार्क्स के खिलाफ दायर की गई याचिकायाचिका में कहा गया है कि NTA ने अब तक ये नहीं बताया कि उन्होंने स्टूडेंट्स को ग्रेस मार्क्स देने के लिए क्या तरीका अपनाया है। वहीं, एग्जाम के पहले NTA की तरफ से जारी की गई इन्फॉर्मेशन बुलेटिन में भी ग्रेस मार्क्स देने के प्रावधान का जिक्र नहीं किया गया था। ऐसे में कुछ कैंडिडेट्स को ग्रेस मार्क्स देना सही नहीं है।
