आईआईटी प्रोफेसर बनने की इच्छा रखने वाले बबलू बाद में आईपीएस बन गए। उनका तबादला गौतमबुद्ध नगर से लखनऊ हो गया है।
नोएडा। उत्तर प्रदेश के नोएडा के ग्रीन ब्यूटी फार्म हाउस में गत दिवस नवोदय विद्यालय परिवार द्वारा अपर पुलिस आयुक्त बबलू कुमार का विदाई समारोह आयोजित किया गया। इसमें दिल्ली और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में रह रहे नवोदय के पूर्व विद्यार्थी बड़ी संख्या में पहुंचे। 2009 बैच के आईपीएस बबलू कुमार पिछले जून में ही लखनऊ से नोएडा अपर पुलिस आयुक्त बनकर आये थे।
मूल रूप से बिहार के मधुबनी जिले निवासी और नवोदय विद्यालय के पूर्व छात्र बबलू कुमार 12वीं कक्षा में देशभर के नवोदय विद्यालयों के टॉपर रहे थे। आईआईटी प्रोफेसर बनने की इच्छा रखने वाले बबलू बाद में आईपीएस बन गए। उनका तबादला गौतमबुद्ध नगर से लखनऊ हो गया है। इस उपलक्ष्य में नोएडा आसपास क्षेत्र में रहने वाले उत्तर प्रदेश नवोदय विद्यालयों के पूर्व-छात्र छात्राओं ने उनको यादगार फेयरवेल पार्टी दी।
इस अवसर पर आभार व्यक्त करते हुए बबलू कुमार ने कहा कि नवोदय हमारे लिए किसी परिवार से कम नहीं है और आज का कार्यक्रम मेरे लिए बहुत भावुक दिन है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश भर में नवोदय विद्यालय से हर साल हजारों विद्यार्थी बाहर आते हैं और एल्युमिनी मीट एक संवाद केंद्र का काम करती है जहां सीनियर्स के अनुभव से जूनियर विद्यार्थियों को नया सीखने, सलाह लेने और सहयोग पाने का अवसर मिलता है। इस दिशा में उत्तर प्रदेश का एल्युमिनी संगठन निरंतर अच्छा काम कर रहा है।
आईपीएस बबलू कुमार ने कहा कि किसी भी नवोदयन को अकेले नहीं छोड़ना है, सबको साथ लेकर आगे बढ़ना है और राष्ट्र निर्माण के कार्य में नवोदय विद्यालय की अग्रणी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करनी है।
बबलू कुमार ने इस अवसर पर अपनी पत्नी ज्योत्सना का भी आभार व्यक्त किया और कहा क्योंकि वह भी नवोदय विद्यालय की छात्रा रही हैं इसलिए वह भी पुलिस सर्विस की जिम्मेदारी के साथ नवोदय विद्यालय के प्रति मेरी जिम्मेदारी में मेरी बराबर की सहयोगी बनती हैं।
विदाई समारोह में पूर्व छात्रों ने गाने गाए, जमकर डांस किया और अपने साथी नवोदयन आईपीएस बबलू कुमार को कंधे पर बैठाकर नचाया।
कार्यक्रम में केक काटा गया, जश्न के साथ ही बबलू कुमार को उनकी नई जिम्मेदारी के लिए शुभकामनाएं प्रेषित की गई।
इस अवसर पर पुनीत त्यागी, शोएब अख्तर, रजनीश, नरेश शर्मा, विनीत गोस्वामी, अविनाश, रत्नेश, एडवोकेट सौरभ, ओमवीर, हरीश कुमार, आनंद मोहन, गिरीश पाण्डेय, धर्मवीर, डॉ. प्रियंका झा, नीतू आदि पूर्व विद्यार्थी मौजूद रहे।
